By accessing or using Upkeeply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Upkeeply ("we", "us", "our").
Upkeeply is a home maintenance planning platform that uses AI to generate personalized maintenance schedules based on your home profile, climate zone, and systems. The Service includes task scheduling, reminders, document storage, and an AI chat assistant.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

The Service uses AI to generate maintenance schedules, recommendations, and chat responses. This content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. AI-generated schedules are suggestions based on general best practices and your home profile — they are not a substitute for professional home inspections or licensed contractor assessments.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. Always consult a qualified professional for safety-critical issues (electrical, structural, gas, etc.).
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (documents, photos, notes). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We will not sell or share your content with third parties.
The Service offers a free tier with limited features. Paid plans, when available, will be billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upkeeply and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
